Established in 2021, AMC was the first open ceramics studio in Hamburg offering open memberships and courses.
The AMC Membership offers the opportunity to work independently in Anna’s fully equipped studio, deepen your technique, and create your own pieces surrounded by a wonderful community of ceramic artists.

The AMC membership was born from personal experience. Before opening the studio, Anna spent years as a member of ceramics spaces across different cities, in different countries, absorbing what inspired her and noting what wasn't ideal.
So when it came time to build her own, she made a simple promise to herself: to create the space she had always been looking for.
Every detail at AMC, from the studio conditions to the lighting to the size of the community, exists because Anna has been on the other side of the membership.
She knows what it feels like to walk into a studio and feel like a guest.

UNLIMITED FIRINGS
Firing costs are one of the most overlooked variables when choosing a studio membership and they add up quickly during a busy production month.
At AMC, all members have unlimited bisque firing included as standard. Full members also enjoy unlimited glaze firing, with no extra charges and no surprises.

A fully equipped studio, ready to use whenever you are. No investment, no setup, no managing, no maintenance. Everything is taken care of.
With 24/7 access and a small, intentional number of members, the studio can truly feel like your own. Come during the busier hours to work alongside the community, or find a quiet moment where the space is entirely yours.
EXCLUSIVE GLAZES
Members have access to Anna's curated glaze collection, developed through years of experimentation and artistic practice. You won't find these glazes anywhere else.
Each glaze has been carefully tested and refined within the studio, allowing you to explore a wide range of options. Working with recipes that are entirely unique to AMC, the results you achieve here simply cannot be replicated elsewhere.
A CREATIVE COMMUNITY
The studio is intentionally kept small creating an intimate space for makers. Anna's vision is rooted in ambience and attention to detail. Soft music, candlelight, and a cozy lounge area make it a calm and welcoming place.
