Refund Policy

Below you will find all information about returns, withdrawal rights, cancellations and refunds. We want this to be as clear and transparent as possible.

Right of Withdrawal for Physical Products

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example a letter or email). You may use the withdrawal form below but this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the withdrawal period ends.

Exclusions of the Right of Withdrawal

Custom made or personalised ceramics

Ceramic pieces that are made to order or personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.

Workshops with fixed dates

Although workshops are legally excluded from the statutory withdrawal right, we offer the following cancellation options:

• A full refund is possible if the workshop is cancelled up to 3 months before the starting date.

• After that, a refund of 50 percent is possible, or rebooking to a later workshop if available.

• If the cancellation takes place less than 30 days before the workshop date, a refund is unfortunately no longer possible and the reservation will be lost.

Digital products

For online courses or downloads, the right of withdrawal expires once:

• you have agreed to receive the content before the withdrawal period ends, and

• you have acknowledged that your withdrawal right expires with access.

This applies to all digital content delivered electronically.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within fourteen days from the day we receive your returned item.

If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery, we only refund the amount equal to the standard delivery cost.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used at checkout, unless we agree otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

For international returns:

Customs fees, import charges and any return fees charged by DHL will be deducted from your refund.

If only part of the order is returned, the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and packed safely.

If an item shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to check its nature and function, we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund.

Ceramics must be wrapped securely to prevent breakage during return transport.

Unclaimed or Refused International Parcels

If a parcel is not collected, refused by the recipient or returned to us due to unpaid customs duties:

• Original shipping costs cannot be refunded

• Any return shipping fees, customs return charges or processing fees charged to us by DHL or customs authorities will be deducted.

Please monitor your tracking information to avoid delays or unnecessary costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, please document the parcel and its contents with photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours. This allows us to file a claim with DHL.

If you received an incorrect item, we will of course correct this and cover all costs.

Handmade Nature of Our Work

All pieces are handmade.

Slight variations in shape, colour, thickness and surface are part of their character and are not considered defects.
